Will there be a help system for new players?
There will be an extensive online help system as well as in-game customer service in order to help new players with their questions.
Will I be able to receive help if I have a problem with the game?
Yes, we will offer various types of customer support including email and phone support. You will also be able to request assistance while in-game from our customer service staff.
Will there be in game customer volunteers?
Through our experience we have discovered that many successful massively multiplayer online games allow customer volunteers to assist in solving in game problems. We will be following suit by creating an extensive network of customer support based around customer volunteers.
How do I apply to become a volunteer?
We will be offering an application to become a customer volunteer sometime during the first phases of the public beta test. This application will remain open through release of the game in order to build and maintain an extensive network of volunteer customer support.
