25 January 2008 Site Changes...

To all,

Things have been very quiet on the Adellion website for the past few months as the long grind of creating artwork and terrain for the game continues. However, there is a second larger reason for the quietness on the website....

Shhhhhhhhh.....

For the past few months the website team has been designing a new more modern website.

That’s right. You heard it first here.

We like the features of the current website, but the technology has been moving on and it is time for us to play catch up. So you can expect a new look and additional features coming in the near future. Can’t say exactly when since there is quite a bit of design and testing still to be done and their could be a few hiccups, but expect to see a new look that still keeps the medieval flavor of our game in a prettier package in the not too distant future.

Nothing after that, I would have thought if they had the new website up and running they would link it there. Iv tried googling too and most links take you back to this website.

Having spoken to a player from the game, it does appear that this is still very much alive, although trying to navigate their official forum tonight has proved to be a bit of a farce. Logged into an account I set up and without having even posted on it, found it was immediately banned, tried contacting someone using the contact form and found the link that should lead to a contact forum basically didn't exist. So, while i'm sure things are happening, until such time as one of the team behind the game actually allows contact to be made, no new information can really be gained for the game.

I don't think i'll be holding my breath waiting for this game to ever surface as anything worth any real attention... Although i'm all for being proven wrong by these companies, if they can.
