newsgroups used to be good, something like uk.telecom.mobile full of people in the industry. Like with anything though, if you wait a while you can find out which are more reliable and less buggy etc.
Ive not really got any idea though, with exception of people who absolutely need a pda type phone for work to check/fix servers remotely or remote email support 24/7 i never understand why people enjoying throwing so much money at an alleged status symbol. Even the cheaper phones these days are well featured. That and i still associate chatting bollox on mobile phones with chavvy teenage girls and hate people on txting frenzies while trying to have a conversation, maybe im just getting old
