Diabetic
Anyone ells here a Diabetic ?

I was until 18 months ago diet controlled, now I am on tablets, although I had warning signs some 20 years ago, I was only picked as being a Diabetic after a car Accident initially going to doctor for Whiplash finding out I had high blood pressure, which meant going for Blood test which found I had early Diabetes.
I gave up smoking just on 2.5 Years ago, Blood pressure dropped below Normal, stopped taking the Blood pressure tablets only to be told by Doctor I need to carry on taking a blood pressure tablet as I was a Diabetic lol, admittedly changed the type so my Blood pressure returned to normal.
I now do at least 3 miles a day on an exercise bike just under 15 mins with 10 min working up a sweat. Its changed my Life for the better, I may live longer than I would of, if I had not had that car accident. At the time it never occurred to me that the accident was about to extend life I was far to busy shitting my self lol.
