Commuter fares arent that bad imo, because theyre kinda covered by the job. It just bugs me that the rest of the time, for recreation/lesuire trains are totally useless as theyre so expensive its cheaper aswell as faster to drive even if youre on your own, and if you have passengers in your car then driving is way cheaper.
Seems toss, when you look at what they manage in Europe with off peak travelling fares.
