Ok, assuming you have the .ISO file you get once you extract all those little .RARs.
Grab a tool called UMDgen v3.50.
Open your .ISO with UMDgen and delete the UPDATE file located in PSP_GAME > SYSDIR. Then save the compilation as a .ISO (the floppy disk icon at the top).
Convert your new hacked .ISO to .CSO using an app such as PSP ISO Compressor v1.1 on compression level 9.

Put this new .CSO onto your memory stick (1gb is fine) in the ISO folder like normal.

Run Devhook 0.46 on your PSP and in the options menu choose OTHER-OPTIONS and change UMD SFO VERSION to 2.xx to 2.00. Run it on 333mhz and FW 2.71.

I figured this out myself btw. That makes me a genius and an anarchist. You can't find this info anywhere else on the internet other than where I have posted it.
