yea its really strange.
Only way I can explain it is, have u ever downloaded from fileplanet. Sometimes I might get 1000kb/s for 3-4 mins. And I will be downloading that fast. Just because ur connection is set at say 2 meg, dosent mean u cant download faster.
Like zaammk says, 800mb files can take just 10-15 mins for me.
XBL market place is really really fast.
