Adaware should be free as is hijackthis.
Download spybot too, id rather you ran both. If it has problems deleting anything, run them in safemode too.
Then repost your HJT log.
Seriously you have a huge amount of crap running on your pc, its going to be very easy to miss spyware etc in that without us checking every single thing in detail. Run the scans first and let them clean what they can though.
